Philly Cheesesteak Peppers
I was leery of serving these to my husband for dinner – I mean, Philly Cheesesteaks are supposed to be served on bread! To my surprise, he loved them! The beef is so flavorful, and the onions add such a nice taste. Great change to an old favorite!

Perhaps I’m being an idiot, but what is “steak seasoning?” Could you provide what the seasoning consists of? Thanks!

Hope that helps!
Is there anyway to print these that are on the blog?
In the upper right hand corner right next to the picture of the recipe there is a printer icon, click on that and it should lead you through the print window!
I don’t see that, but when I click the picture itself, it printed :) Thank you! :)
These are mistakenly under the “stove top” category.
Oops, sorry, Kathy. Changed now!
