Pizza Meatloaf
What family can resist anything with Pizza in the title? Certainly not mine! While the majority of my family dislikes traditional meatloaf, this recipe is always a huge hit. Serve with a side salad or your favorite vegetable for a delicious and easy mid-week meal. I have also baked these in regular muffin tins and frozen in a freezer bag for a quick meal to warm up in the microwave.

Could I use bread crumbs for this instead of the cracker crumbs? Maybe toasted bread crumbs?
I used breadcrumbs and it turned out just fine.
I made 3 of these. My family ate 2 of them and the third was given to a church member who had surgery. They loved it! Thank you for the recipe.
That is GREAT to hear!
