We are almost done with voting on Traditional breakfasts so hurry over and cast your vote if you haven’t already. In the meantime, it is time to move on to lunches.
I was hesitant on making the vegetable pie because of the onions and egg and such…I didn’t think my famiy would like it at all! But I took the plunge and made it…and I ended up with enough to make 3 batches for the freezer. This morning we pulled it out and popped it into the oven and while we did our morning school work it baked…We all just had a plate of it and to my SURIPRISE all of us like it! This is a very good pie. Even if you are like me and are hesitant…just give it a try, it’s so good! My 8yr old, 6yr old and my 2yr old all enjoyed it! I of course did too. Now to save some for daddy to try when he gets home from work to get the all around approval.
