Pumpkin Spice Krispy Rice Bars
I admit it, I tend to go a little overboard on fall inspired baking. From No Bake Pumpkin Oatmeal Cookies to Mini Pumpkin Spice Muffins, its a good thing my family loves the flavors of fall too! Not to leave any classic treat behind, I have infused the flavor of fall into krispy rice bars, for a delicious, ooey, gooey, fall flavored treat!

really tasty! I was afraid the pumpkin pie spice would be too strong, but it wasn’t – just fall-like and delicious.
Have you tried the pumpkin marshmallows?? I saw those at the store tonight, and this recipe made me think of them! I’ll be it would be delicious!
Hillary – We have purchased them but they got eaten and never made it to a recipe! But I am sure that you could substitute the pumpkin ones for the regular marshmallows and decreased the amount of pumpkin pie spice. Let us know how it turns out!
