Saving Money with Beans: An ebook For You! (MPM)
I first learned of Katie when all of my friends were talking about her Healthy Snacks on the Go ebook. But I finally met Katie a few months ago at Blissdom. She has a great blog dedicated to Whole Foods. And as you have hopefully read already – there are definitely some Whole Foods resources coming to you here at Once A Month Mom so I was anxious to speak with her in detail.
Back at the conference, I was excited to learn that she was coming out with a book on beans. Why on earth would I be excited about a beans ebook? Because I am CLUELESS when it comes to beans and preparing them. So the chance at an easy-to-use resource full of tried and true recipes? Yes, please!
Katie’s new beans ebook, The Everything Beans Book, is now available for $9.95 (although I have a discount code for you, see below). It contains 95 pages of information and over 30 recipes. And there are plenty of great features of this ebook that make it even more desirable. One of the things I love is that the recipes have a “kid-friendly”, “work intensity” and “cost” ranking. That way you have an idea whether your family will eat the meal, how long it should take you and if it is a frugal recipe or not.
Putting more beans into your meal plan can really help you to save cost and to increase nutrients in your diet. And the resulting flatulance backlash? Katie addresses that in her ebook too! I love it!
Now through the 21st of March you can get the ebook for a 20% discount by using the code OAMM20. As we start the Whole Foods and Vegetarian menus in the coming months I am CERTAIN you will be seeing more of this ebook and its recipes as well!
