Gifting Strawberry Freezer Jam

Nothing beats fresh strawberry jam on toast – it is my absolute favorite! Freezer jam has the freshness of strawberries that is lacking from traditional jams (though I love those too). Give the gift of a fresh jar of jam this holiday season, or make some for yourself!
To make a pretty gift, cover the lid with piece of fabric and tie a ribbon or some rafia around lid. Attach a gift tag to the ribbon and your jam is ready to give to someone special.

I LOVE strawberry freezer jam! My mother-in-law even makes it from frozen berries, and it still has that wonderful fresh taste!
How low can you go on the sugar and have it gel right and test good?
