Strawberry Peach All Fruit Smoothie
This smoothie is about as basic as they come. Fruit, pineapple juice and ice. Blend together. Many years ago, I had my first version of this smoothie at a music festival. It was one of those weekends where you were out in the sun all day long, all weekend long. It was hot and there were a lot of people. Although there was plenty of great food around, none of it looked the least bit appetizing due to the heat. The smoothie truck always seemed to have a line though. They had one option. This was the combination, just add the ingredients into a blender until full and blend. No substitutions, no complicated additions or power shots – just fruit. Enjoy for a breakfast or treat anytime on a hot summer day!
