Freezing Bananas

Thanks everyone who submitted recipes and ideas for ripe bananas! What I hadn’t thought of when I did that post is that readers might be interested in how I freeze bananas.

Baby Food Banana Recipe

7 medium – large bananas Allow bananas to ripen fully. Peel bananas and puree in food processor. Yield: 26 oz (stage 2 consistency) = 26 food cubes = 52 T
