Baby Food Pear Recipe

3 lbs. of pears Place pears in stock pot and cover with water.  Bring to boil for 5 minutes or until pears are soft when forked. Drain. Puree in food processor. Yield: 26 oz. (stage 1 consistency) = 26 food cubes = 52 T

Baby Food Green Bean Recipe

1 lb. frozen green beans 1/4 c. of water Steam green beans until soft. Puree in food processor. Then press through food mill. After food mill, add water slowly until desired consistency. Yield: approximately 13 oz (stage 1 Gerber) = 13 food cubes = 25 T

1 lb. frozen peas 1/8 c. of water Steam peas until soft.  Puree in food processor. Then press through food mill. After food mill, add water slowly until desired consistency. Yield: approximately 12 oz (stage 1 Gerber) = 12 food cubes = 24 T

1 lb. of carrots Steam until tender approx. 1/4 c. of water Puree carrots and slowly add water until it makes puree the equivalent to stage 1 (Gerber). Yield: 15 oz. (15 ice cubes=30 T)
