Ingredients: 1½ cups ricotta cheese ½ cup powdered sugar ½ teaspoon vanilla ¼ teaspoon cinnamon ½ cup mini choc chips 1 cup Mascarpone cheese Instructions: Mix ricotta cheese and powdered sugar in a mixer with a wire whip until smooth (5 minutes).
