Monday, November 9th, 2009

So when I am down and out and can’t find anything to fix for dinner (or just plain don’t feel like any of the meals in our freezer) this is what I fix. If you are looking for something fast and easy for dinner tonight, this is a simple and great solution!

Time to Vote: September Dinner Poll

Saturday, November 7th, 2009

This was such a yummy line-up, I don’t know how you are going to choose! Whether you just made part of the menu or the whole thing, come tell me what you (and your family) thought of the September dinners.

Jody’s Chicken and Noodles

Friday, October 30th, 2009

Posting this recipe is proof that I am a humble person (real humble to make that statement, I know). The reason being, next to my Chicken Parmigiana recipe, my chicken and noodles would be my hubby’s second favorite meal. That is until we had Jody’s chicken and noodles one night at house church. Come see how you can please your hubby tonight too!

OAMM’s Mom’s Spaghetti Sauce

Wednesday, October 28th, 2009

This has been a family staple for quite some time. It is a bit of a “sweet” spaghetti sauce. My husband likes it because it contains bacon. In his opinion, anything with bacon is acceptable!

Chicken Parmigiana Recipe Update

Tuesday, October 20th, 2009

The Chicken Parmigiana recipe has been up almost since the beginning of the blog. However, it never had pictures. What was I thinking? The recipe does not even do this dish justice. This, by far, is our families FAVORITE dish. And it is freezable too!

What Did You Think: August Dinners?

Saturday, October 17th, 2009

Baked Pork & Apples

Friday, September 25th, 2009

My mom use to make this dish regularly for our family. I hadn’t made it in awhile and it seemed perfect with all of the pork sales that have been happening and with apples now in season. I wouldn’t recommend it for freezing as the apples might not freeze well, but it is a great quick and easy dinner recipe.

Crockpot Ham and Green Beans

Friday, August 14th, 2009

This recipe is almost too simple to even write. Really, any one of you could have come up with this. But it is a family favorite in our home so I am sharing. I know many of you like quick and simple. This is both.

May Dinner Poll: Which was your favorite?
