This recipe is almost too simple to even write. Really, any one of you could have come up with this. But it is a family favorite in our home so I am sharing. I know many of you like quick and simple. This is both.

Baby Food Green Bean Recipe
Sunday, February 1st, 20091 lb. frozen green beans
1/4 c. of water
Steam green beans until soft.
Puree in food processor. Then press through food mill.
After food mill, add water slowly until desired consistency.
Yield: approximately 13 oz (stage 1 Gerber) = 13 food cubes = 25 T
