Good day. I know many of you hang on the edge of your bath robe, scouring your paper and looking for this great post on your OAMM menu sale items. Sorry to you. I am on a mini vacation for the weekend and there are only 2 days left until the new menu comes out. I will try and get you a sale breakdown later in the week for the July menu. . . but I have listed some area resources for you.

Have you been wanting to do OAMM but you have family allergies that you are dealing with? Well, this month we have a reader that has done some hard work for you and adjusted the June menu to meet the needs of her families allergies (milk, soy, egg, peanuts and shellfish) and has graciously volunteered to share with you.

I wouldn’t say the sales are bountiful as far as our Once A Month Cooking (OAMC) is concerned, but it is a good week to buy and potentially stock up on steaks. With Father’s Day on Sunday many of the grocer’s are planning on you grilling out. There are a few items that you might want to snatch up this week though. Including sweet peppers at Kroger considering you need so many!

It’s June 1st, time for lots of great things, including the next installment of Once A Month Mom menus. This month we are featuring all men blogs/recipes in honor of Father’s Day. Come see what we have in store for you.

This is our second week to shop for the June menu. There are a few items that you might consider picking up. We are due for a really good shopping week soon I suspect so my guess is patience will pay off. We will see. (Psst – make sure you vote for Once A Month Mom under Tastiest Food Blog.
