Chicken Casserole (7+ months)

Chicken Casserole
1.5    c.  carrots
0.5    c.  sliced leeks white part only
5    oz.  chicken breast cut into chunks
1    lb.   potatoes peeled and chopped
1    c.   peeled and chopped parsnips
as much as needed  boiling water
Directions:
1. Place chicken in pot and cover with water. Boil until cooked through. About 20 minutes.

Ingredients:
1 large Chicken breast, skinned and fat trimmed, cubed
1/2 yellow onion, chopped
4 celery stalks, quartered
1 lb. carrots
1 cup green beans (I use frozen)
Directions:
