This is a great summer chicken salad with a burst of sweetness from the grapes and explodes with color if you use the red variety. It is so easy to make that you can whip it up in no time for lunch. But it is tasty enough that you can dress it up in some crescent roll bowls and serve it at a baby shower or for entertaining.

Andrea thought it would be a good idea for us all to get together this summer for a nice fun Subway “eat fresh” lunch and frolic at Winton Woods. It was a great time and a good excuse to get all our kiddos together for a end of summer blast!
