Baked Chicken Nuggets (printable version)
1/2 c. whole wheat bread crumbs
1/2 c. oatmeal – ground in blender
*or you can use 1 c. of bread crumbs instead of oatmeal
1 egg
1/4 c. water
3 tbsp. of italian seasoning
2 chicken breasts, skinned, fat removed and flattened
