Tangy Marinated Steak

marinatedsteak

This is my mother’s recipe from when we were kids. I love this recipe. As in, my mouth is salivating for this as I type. I have tried other marinades but none seem to compare to this one. This recipe is worth busting out your grill in the middle of a thunderstorm! And it is so easy, your toddler can help.

Make sure that you get the marinade on the steak and cooked and that you sop your steak it in as you go. (And lick your fingers when you are done). I prefer t-bone steaks with this recipe as I like the way the meat near the bones soak in the flavor. However, you can substitute your favorite cut of meat in it’s place.
