What a great idea!! All my boys are Lego fanatics.I think I'll ask them if they would like to make these for our annual Halloween dinner at the Spaghetti Factory. We don't trick-or-treat but the kids still like to dress up for our dinner out. Plus boys, boxes, and spray paint sound like they were made for each other.

My fave costume that I made for my oldest son when he was about 7 - took a cardboard box and cut holes for head and arms, cut out the bottom so he could slip it over his head, glued 6 empty "cool whip" containers on the front and sprayed painted the whole thing red. He was a giant Lego! And we used an empty Legos bucket for his treats. Everyone we saw loved it! Very easy and economical.

I made the cutest costume last year for my little guy. He was not quite 1 yet, but with a head of blond hair-he just looked like Charlie Brown. So, I died a T-Shirt yellow and then sewed on some zig-zag stripes. Paired with a pair of black sweatpants, he looked just like Charlie Brown. People were just blown away. It was fairly inexpensive and only took an evening of work!

How fun!!! We started a tradition of going to the pumpkin patch with friends last year...Our 2 year olds will have a blast this year (last year they didn't really notice it!!)...although the 2 babies (between the two families) will not sure what to do with it all!! I had a pot of chili in the crockpot ready for us when we got home that night!! We'll do that again for sure! \nAlso-my sister started a pumpkin carving tradition and we'll join her for that again too. Max might be more interested this year!! For costumes...both boys got brand new skeleton gymmies (jammies) from gymboree and will be wearing those while mommy and daddy pass out candy!!! Simple and easy!!\nI love the idea swap!!!
