Time to Clean! (Giveaway)

So our house was lllloonnnnngggg overdue for cleaning. In conjunction with the marriage conference we attended a few weeks back, hubby and I came up with an agreed upon cleaning schedule that involved both of us working together to clean the major areas of the house on the weekend. This includes the bathrooms, living room and kitchen. And since we have been so incredibly busy the last few weeks, that just hasn’t happened.
I know I am a stay-at-home-mom, I should have the time right? I just don’t! It seems that I am either juggling entertaining educating the kids or they are napping and I don’t want to wake them. (Our house if very small and these areas are right near their bedrooms.) So we came up with this agreed arrangement.
I was excited that my Seventh Generation package came for reviewing this week so we were equipped with cleaning supplies. No excuses of not having the right products on hand!
It was also nice to know that I was using a non-toxic and good for the environment cleaner. With little ones running around, it gives me peace of mind. And right now you can get a coupon at their website!
And my house is now not only clean, but it smells like my thyme! I get the smell of the kitchen everywhere. I like that!

All of the overlooked spots in my home desperately need a good cleaning. Ceiling fan blades, top (and underneath) the fridge, behind piano, corners, tops of door frames… One day I will wake up with massive amounts of energy and a will to do it. Till then, it’s wishful thinking. ; )

My entire house needs cleaning! With two under two, we manage to keep it picked up, but we don’t get to the actual “cleaning” part as often I would like. I’ve been meaning to try this brand – here’s a good reason to do so…

Really the whole house needs to be cleaned desparately but I would say that the kids’ bathroom is pretty bad. The twins got into the soap dispenser AND the hair conditioner. YIKES!
Oh, everything needs cleaned so badly!! But right now it’s specifically time for a good carpet cleaning!!

I would say the master bathroom. It gets a quick cleaning (sink and toilet) once a week, but I really need to wash the floor and clean the shower stall! And where do all the hair bunnies come from! Ick!

Everything, haha. We’ve de-cluttered recently, but no cleaning beyond the kitchen and our bathroom for a while. * sigh * Need to have a cooking day too…haven’t done a big freezer restock since Jan (maybe was a little overambitious with that one, but at least it’s lasted a while with some smaller freezing in between!)

I would say everything, but especially my windows & bathrooms! Ugh, just not enough time in the day!
I would have to say the bathrooms, with the kitchen a close second. The kids keep their bathroom needing cleaning…time for spring cleaning, and major dusting.

The bathtub needs a good scrub. The shower gets scrubbed pretty frequently and the tub gets wiped with a Clorox wipe but it needs a really good cleaning.

I need to do the overlooked items: stair railings, door knobs, light switches, ceiling fan blades, etc…. I’m in cleaning mode right now, just haven’t gotten to those things yet!
Walls, not moving for 5 years means that cobwebs grow!

We are getting ready to move into a new house, so we will undoubtedly do a DEEP CLEAN before we even bring in any of our furniture. So basically, every room!
my cupboards are always unorganized, and the mudroom really needs some tlc along with the laundry room and 2nd fridge

My first reaction was “my house isn’t that bad, it’s jut my basement and my kitchen walls – I’ve got it under control.” Then, I read everyone else’s posts and realized I could also dust, scrub carpets clean windows, etc.
Um, the worst offender right now are the blinds, especially the tall vertical blinds in the living room. Thank you for the giveaway!
My ceiling fans are the worst and then I would have to say the floors. I sweep and do spot mopping but I really need to get down on my hands and knees and clean the floors. I always need to dust and don’t get my started on the windows and doors. So needless to say, I am glad to be a teacher and that spring break is next week so hopefully by the end of the week my house will be clean.

Ok, this is a hard one. What needs cleaning the MOST? You might laugh but I want clean windows!! I want them scrubbed and looking like new:)
Our floors are in need of cleaning…they seem to get dirty so quickly, and with a crawling baby they need to be clean!
