Italian Turkey Zucchini Burgers

Healthy eating is something quite important to me. As someone who lost 50+ pounds and has kept it off for over seven years, I learned how to transform my thinking about food to eat healthy and still enjoy all foods, in moderation. Healthy eating can still pack tons of flavor. These turkey burgers use lean ground turkey breast filling it up with spices to make them flavorful. Grated zucchini is added to make them moist and more filling. To keep them low calorie, serve on a whole wheat sandwich thin, topping with tomato slices and lettuce leaves.
