I received one of these gift packs from My Blog Spark this week and was tickled to flip to the third trimester section of Nancy’s book. (I’m almost there). There was a whole section dedicated to the importance of the Snoogle.
I LOVE my Snoogle and haven’t been able to live without it since the first trimester. Nancy’s book has some great insights into life after pregnancy (or just life in general). Here she is talking about staying fit:
Honestly, I am sure that I am not going to get much use out of the Yoga mat until after this baby is born. But I will definitely get use out of it! It will be the heart of winter and I will be wanting to get back in shape as soon as possible after this one is born. I remember thinking that I wished I had a mat after Isaac was born and I was trying to whittle down those last few pounds.
As for the yogurt, this coupon couldn’t come at a better time. I definitely prefer Yoplait yogurt and I have finally managed to get Isaac to like it too. I used my coupon to purchase his favorite fruit flavor, blueberry. That did the trick! Won him right over! I was so excited. Now I can rest assured that he is getting a good source of calcium and vitamin D (in addition to his milk) each day.

We stay healthy by going on daily walks and trying to eat in moderation. Treats are ok every once in awhile, as long as there is a balance! My son loves yogurt but only likes a few flavors like vanilla or banana.

Oh! My family LOVES yogurt! I put it on cereal, we make smoothies, or we just eat it right out of the container! Yummy! I’ve even been known to pour it into popsicle makers and bang! The kids have frozen yogurt pops.
We love to be outside-all of my children are super active-and me too-I’ve got six of them!

Moderation is the key to health. I love yogurt, so do my children and grandchildren. Now, I am lazy and toss Fiber One cereal in my breakfast yogurt………..so yummy.

My family and I stay healthy by excersicing and we eat a lot of yoplait yogurt it is the only kind of yogurt we like to eat.
My older son (4) will eat 2-3 yogurts a day if I would let him. He loves it. When he says he’s hungry I always give him a choice between fruit or yogurt. My younger son (2) I haven’t had as much luck with yogurt. He will eat it if I feed it to him.

Regular exercise and balance meals keep my family healthy. My kids love yogurt, they always ask them as snacks!

We eat a balanced diet around here and we try to not eat out very often. The 3 of my kids that are not on breastmilk love yogurt, they eat it at least 3 times a week during breakfast.
I just subscribed a couple of days ago and am LOVING your site! I am seriously going to give this once a month cooking thing a try! I am single mother with a teenage son & we both LOVE yogurt. My son probably more than me, I always want some granola or something with mine, but he loves it as is. In fact, he WON’T eat the yogurt if you try to top it off with something! As for staying healthy, my son does a very good job at that. He is very active with swimming, soccer, running, & biking. I am on a new mission to turn my life around with regards to healthy living and using your site is a part of that journey! While I am not pregnant, I do have a friend that is and will gladly pass on the book to her if I win!! Thanks!
We try to eat healthy, not a lot of junk food. We love yogurt! I’ve been freezing it and then putting it in their lunchboxes so it will keep everything else cold till lunch.
We love to ride bikes quite often as a family. My kids and I love yogurt it is often their snack of choice. I try to always have some fresh fruit with dinner

We stay healthy by participating in physical activities. I love yogurt and I am 50% with my children. Perhaps the others will come around in the future.
My son LOVES yogurt!! We are trying to stay healthy with family fitness activity, walks, bike rides, football in the back yard.
Mango lassis. So simple. Slightly-frozen mango, yogurt, and a little bit of cardamom. It tastes wonderful and is an easy way to get anyone to eat some yogurt AND fruit.
